At Laffy Luna, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the unique and custom nature of our print-on-demand designs, we are unable to accept returns. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to making things right.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To expedite the process, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.

We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
